Matter -
As an usual process of Boeing, their global employees get a pay hike in March every year. With this
practice in place, we are expecting the pay increase effective March 1, 2016 in this year too. The new
salaries will be available in the Full file/Changes file of March which will be sent to you with the March
payroll initiation.
Just to remind you that any overtimes and/or shift allowances paid in March are for February time
and the February rate (old rate) should be used. In April the new rate will be used for overtime for any
overtime worked in March. There is always a one month lag in using the new rate for overtime (and
shift allowances for some countries).
I am attaching the AR4 training manual which includes an overtime section (page 25) explaining the
general rule. unless any special overtime calculation rule is applied to your country. The same version
was also sent to you last year.
