The employee shall not (during employment or at any time there after) use publish divulge or communicate any secret confidential information concerning the business or transaction or affairs of the employer or any subsidiary relate or associated company which may come to the knowledge of the employees obligations herein or as requires by law.
All documents, books papers registers memorandum manuals or records of any kind relating of the business of the employer ( whether prepared by the employee or not shall be and remain the sole and absolute property of the employer and shall be surrounded by the employee to the employer or demand
