Table 2 shows the course of outcome measures and determinants during the 38-week study period. Over the 38-week study period, aver- age improvements were 34%, 30% and 8% for NRS pain, WOMAC physical function and get-up-and-go test, respec- tively; and 23% and 36% for upper leg muscle strength and knee joint proprioception, respectively. At 38 weeks, all measures differed significantly compared with baseline scores.
