3.7. IgM levels
After 30 days of feeding, the serum IgM levels of fish fed VSG3
containing diets were significantly higher than that of fish fed the
control diet (Fig. 2), and highest IgM level was observed in fish fed
a diet containing 1010 cfu g1 L. plantarum (9.0 .20 mg mL1).
However, IgM levels of the treatment groups were significantly
lower than that of the control group after 60 days of feeding, and
lowest IgM level (4.6 .2 mg mL1) was recorded in fish fed the
diet containing 1010 cfu g1 L. plantarum VSG3
