The numbers to not make sense. As investors we need to see the complete break down of all costs.
Presentation of rosy outcomes is something that is not palatable when simple mathematics shows that there is something not right.
I would rather there be clarity and hard facts as the money in the account does not reflect the occupancy at all. The return calculation is an almost negative yield. Laughable at best but I am ok with this if there is clarity.
From an objective point of view how can the following be presented:

We then receive a ridiculous THB 2,800
If we take the mean room rate, mean occupancy multiplied by number of days we get about THB120 K (conservative). To then receive THB 2800 implies that the cost of management is 98%.
Can you see that this cannot be accounted for. Going forward send the break down of costs and send the official accounts.
Also is there an investor forum in which matters can be discussed
From our point of view, the numbers are not making sense.
