During fungal main cultivation, samples were taken weekly and enzyme activities were monitored. During liquid culti- vation, 1 mL of culture broth was sampled, centrifuged to remove the fungal mycelium, and the supernatant was stored at –20 °C until its use for the activity assays. In case of agar plate cultivation, a 5 ·5 mm overgrown agar slice was cut and transferred into a 2-mL reaction tube.
