I've put all the concerned Site Training Managers (BKK, NKE, PPD, LMC), so that all Purchasing managers can contact each Site Training directly for approval process of external training.
But I think all the sites will need the vendor code for this new training vendor, and Nong Pook may need to support all the site in 1 time.
(I used to see that Michelin sent people to attend many classes at this Vendor in the past year, so may be we've already got the Vendor code).
