If your postal online tracking service in your country is available, you can track your package status via the service.
In case you do not receive the item within the mentioned time, please rstly contact your local post ofce with the provided tracking number. Sometimes, the package is at the post ofce waiting for the addressee to pick up without the notice left, and it will be returned to me if it is unclaimed.
