Term 4 is not a particularly long term and so it is critically important that we start working together as early as possible after Monday 20th April. Initially we will hold a number of focus groups so that we can better understand the perceived needs of linguistic communities that now reside within our school. Based upon the comments that are made we will redraft our baseline survey and then use that tool to collect quantifiable, as well as qualitative, data that will help to shape the language agreement based upon factual evidence.
