I have checked the case and found that buyer was disappointed with shipping. Also the tracking information is not updated so it is difficult to check whether he got the item or not.
I appreciate that you had contacted the buyer regarding the shipping to provide the good service. I know that shipping is not in your hand but it is merchant fulfilled order so it's your responsibility to deliver the item within the given time frame to buyer so kindly update the tracking information, if the item was delivered within estimated delivery date then we will definitely remove the feedback.
I would like to suggest you to get in touch with the buyer and provide him with a better resolution and convince him, so that he would agree to remove the feedback or else ask for a written confirmation from him through the Amazon messaging system and I will love to help you with removal of this entry.
