1. What is the NEW Watsons VIP Card?
It is a 2-in-1 membership card that comes with Touch ‘n Go feature
2. Can I reload my NEW Watsons VIP Card?
Yes. You can reload your NEW Watsons VIP Card at any of the Watsons outlet (West Malaysia only) or at other Touch ‘n Go reload stations.
3. Do I have to register my NEW Watsons VIP Card?
Yes. Log on to ‘vip.watsons.com.my’ and click the ‘Activate Card’ button. Once complete the online registration form, an SMS activation code will be sent to your registered mobile number. You will also be prompted to change your password to a new one that is personal & easier to remember.
4. Registration with Touch ‘n Go
a. Log on: www.touchngo.com.my
b. SMS to 33232. Type (TNG TNG card serial no. New NRIC no. Name as per NRIC)
c. Touch ‘n Go registration form – scan/fax in
d. Walk into any of Touch ‘n go Hu.
5. How do I earn birthday points?
- Birthday benefits can only be utilized one day after you activate your Watsons VIP Card.
- During the month of your birthday, you can enjoy 5X bonus points, which is a one-time benefit on your first purchase that month.
- Birthday bonus points are credited to your account the next working day and are not reflected real time on your transaction receipt.
6. Change personal data that I submitted in registration stage
Log on to you VIP member account, click ‘Update details’ from the menu bar on the left. Certain fields that were compulsory information during registration are unchangeable.

7. Change password
Log on to your VIP member account and click ‘Change Password’ from the menu bar on the left. System will prompt you to enter your old password as well as new one. A confirmation will be given if your password is changed successfully.
8. How can I tell how many points I have on Watsons VIP card?
- Points earned after every purchase are reflected real time on your transaction receipt, unless there are technical issues like our system being off-line.
- Any points that are not reflected at the point of purchase will be updated the next working day. You may also check your point balance by logging on to your Member account anytime.
9. Lost Card
Report the loss card at once. Log on to the vip.watsons.com.my and click ‘Card Loss’ on the left hand bar, then ‘Submit’.

*All points, privileges and benefits will be suspended when card loss is confirmed. Points can be transferred to a new card upon re-activation.
*Also, please contact Touch ‘n Go customer service at 03-27148888 to block and protect your card balance, as well as to facilitate the refund.
10. Is my Watsons VIP Card still remains valid if I do not use it for over a period of ‘5 years’?
Yes. Watsons VIP Card is a ‘life-time’ membership card. You can continue to collect Watsons points as long as you use it at Watsons outlets.
In order to ensure the Touch ‘n Go function stay activated, a minimum of 1 transaction in a year is required. Else, your Touch ‘n Go function will become dormant status. To re-activate the dormant status, please visit any Touch ‘n Go Hubs.
11. What if I forget my card password?
Enter your card number at login and click ‘Forgotten Password’. You will be prompted to input your registered email address. If your entries match our data, a new password will be emailed to you. If the email address you gave us is no longer in use, please contact our Customer Service Hotline 1-300-880-VIP (847) for assistance.
12. Do points expire on the Watsons VIP Card?
Yes. Beginning January 2012, points expire every two 31 Decembers. For example, points earned in October 2012 will expire on 31 December 2013, while points earned in February 2013 will expire on 31 December 2014.
