On behalf of management, I would like to thank you all of you very much on your effort and hard work to deliver the big achievement of last year sales 2015/2016 at THB 781 mil, we can achieve over the Q4 target THB 184.2 mil with THB 242.34 mil collection which is 97% of last quarter sales THB 250.5 mil, so backroom staff included engineer get Q4 incentive as half month of salary.
With regard to incentive program and allowance, IDSMED let us use the same as Life Vision scheme for one year after the acquisition that has already ended in last quarter then we have to apply to IDSMED incentive program since the starting of IDSMED fiscal budget year 2016/2017. Currently, we are working on the alignment which has not finished yet and I will try to cooperate with corporate HR to finalize it ASAP as we want to ensure the alignment will have only positive impact to all staff. Certainly, some staff that have to get salary adjustment which should to effect on this April company will do the back date payment and will call a meeting to explain of the new program and all the changed.
