The features manual is divided into twenty-five sections. Generally,
the topics in each of these sections are complete by themselves and
have no significant or material bearing with each other, other than
casual references. This means the ability to implement one or a
selected number of features without having to implement all of the
features discussed. Each section is a subject by itself and no critical
reference to the preceding or subsequent sections are necessary. The
user therefore has the freedom to go through a manual topic without
having to read each section successively.
