Apology for late reply.
After investigated this matter we would like to inform you that we had provided the service but unfortunately we didn't meet with the client at meeting point.
Our driver reached at the airport on time (Flight EY402/07:10 - car arrived at SVB Airport at 07:22 hrs.) and our Airport Representative waited according to the process then we report to EY duty for no show case acknowledged at 08:40 hrs.
Attached with this email we do sent the evidents doccument GPS record , Car Voucher and No show Report to support this case.
