The Assistant Office Manager is responsible for assisting the Office Manager in managing office operations to ensure organizational effectiveness.
Support in Human Resources:
Support the recruitment and hiring including onboarding, working environment, and discipline
Schedule job interviews and follow up on results
Coordinate work permit and visa application for expatriates
Maintain good working relationship with employees
Assist in the organization of events and corporate activities
Administrative Responsibilities:
Assist in general office duties (office supplies, IT)
Coordinate logistics for meetings, business travels
Participate in the continuous improvement of employees’ well-being
Collaborate and maintain good working relationship with the company’s overseas offices
Support other administrative activities as assigned
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top university in any related field
Strong command of written and spoken English
Minimum 2-3 year previous related working experience in an international environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Flexible. Willing to work in a fast paced organization, self-starter
Skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook software
Excellent organizational abilities
