Good day.
Please be informed of the manpower headcount requirement and status of recruitment & hiring of HR. Total manpower needed is 14 as follows:
1. Bread baking - Line 1 = 2 personnel
2. Cake Baking - Line 2 = 3 personnel
3. Icing - Line 1 = 1 personnel
4. Packaging - Line 2 = 1 personnel
5. Product Distribution = 4 personnel
6. Buffer = 3 personnel (for the sick leave & maternity leave of 3 employees all from Baking)
The ripple effect of this if not provided until Friday would only mean I CANNOT give you the guarantee that both 7-11 and S&P mamon products shall be delivered on time and worst might not be served to these 2 accounts due to rejections from their respective BDC's when products are delivered late.
The HR is too slow in the recruitment and hiring process, had no contingency measures considering that the manpower deficit is a result of resignations from employees who were previously deployed to these sections. HR is only working on it on last minute despite of my reminders from past weeks prior to launching of new 7-11 sku. I know there are hurdles on hiring but it must be promptly acted upon with contingency.
With 3 product sku's combination of 7-11 and S&P it can only be served if 2 lines are simultaneously producing mamon starting at 6:00 a.m. everyday. Critical days are Sunday, Monday and Tuesday which is the timing of launching of new sku.
Attach is the summary of manpower headcount to date. Hope this will be addressed so we would not have major problem with Institutional accounts. Fyi and reference thanks.
