Hudson HR’s consultant was able to provide an initial shortlist in a three day turnaround period. Filtering through these CVs and following initial meetings with candidates, Saskia was able to identify the right type of individual from a technical and cultural perspective.
One of the candidates was an excellent fit but a strong benchmark was also required. The consultant provided additional CVs that were of a similar calibre but, on reflection, it was felt that the original candidate best fulfilled all requirements. The client was therefore satisfied that Hudson had put forward the ideal individual and offered them the position. The role was accepted and the candidate is now successfully on board.
