The general climate of the north Okayama region is moderate, with August reaching daytime highs of approximately 30-35°C
(86-95°F) with high humidity and Jan-Feb lows of 5-10°C
(41-50°F) though mostly dry and sunny. Okayama Prefecture has earned its nickname “Hare no Kuni” (the land of sunshine)
because it records more sunshine days than any other part of Japan. It is difficult to recommend any one season because every month of the year offers something unique and different to the visitor and this is reflected in the moods, décor and ambience of Kifu no Sato.
