rm’s vision, consistently add-
ing value and striving for a desirable culture,” he advised.
“The CPA profession is changing rapidly in terms of con-
solidation, innovation, and tremendous competition for
quality staff and clients. Firms need to adapt and make
changes quickly to meet the challenges of this dynamic
marketplace. Change requires leadership, and leadership
requires change. Leaders need to motivate ‘comfort zoner’
partners to reach higher levels of success, to create more
value in client services, and to adapt with a sense of ur-
gency to the needs of the marketplace,” Tarasco told
