A
residual analysis was performed to assess the appropriateness
of the linear-regression model. Residual plots and
a normal distribution curve were prepared, and the
normality assessmentwas performed by the chi-square test.
Percent recovery was calculated using the regression
line equation: calculated dose 100/theoretical dose
(accuracy, intermediate precision, and LOQ). The Mann–
Whitney test was used to compare CMAP recovery by the
antitoxin (specificity) and CMAP amplitudes from different
body weights and measurement times (robustness). A
p < 0.05 was considered significant.
