Normally, we have shipment of Honda and all process is under SKR group to export the shipment to Cambodia.
The question is, have you ever inspected the cargo when its arrive at your side?
And when the cargo is transported to Poipet, did your transportation company inspect the cargo before moving to Poipet?
The thing is our shipment of Honda Pilot 5 units which ETD LCB since 5 Dec 2014,
and the shipment arrived our showroom on 25 Dec.
We did inspection and found a small scratch on the left side with the delivery note keep in car which is acknowledged by Thai driver.
This scratch has to re-paint which is needed to spend on repairing cost.
For this case, could we have your advice?
