Dear Kisipotlks Jobmoju
This message is to provide an update to the situation affecting a number of clients' services.
If you're seeing your server offline, it is likely to have been affected by a localised issue within the DC, caused by third party equipment - the cause of which is yet unknown but of course will be investigated. Emergency services are on site and have deemed the situation under control.
As a result of the issue, air conditioning units in the area affected went offline and temperatures within the datacentre have risen - this has caused servers to go offline as a fail-safe mechanism. The air-conditioning units are back online and functioning as normal, with temperatures declining. The datacentre team are manually restoring power to those servers that aren't coming back online immediately.
We are doing everything we can to restore services as quickly as possible to all those servers affected, and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused for those affected. Our team will be contacting all clients affected in due course and are currently fully focused on bringing all services back online.
Kind regards,
RapidSwitch
