Anticipatory changes: changing in calculable situations.

There are 4 types
• Tuning --- fine out the protection for trouble.
• Adaptation --- find out how to deal with the trouble the used to be sharp for the unexpected situations.
• Reorientation –adjust some structure to deal with any situation.
• Re-Creation ---- adjust all structure in new format.
For example: Coca-Cola company used to adjust some structure (Reorientation) for cooperated with parent company and affiliates.
OD Process: changing for person's behavior developing in the organization, such as compilation the activity between officer every the end of the month.
5P is the people in the organization do not agree to the changes.

The second, identifying a clear purpose that the goal is to identify what you want to do the obvious and employees are involved in the organization. May be included as an activity and when done, to best effect result.
