Key responsibilities
- Manage and deliver high quality services and products in Contents and Sponsorship.
- Take a leadership role in setting and meeting the expectation and requirements of clients.
- Understand client needs and know which tools/ channels/ services to use in order to response to them effectively
- Develop knowledge of all channel choices with the ability to utilize resources, tools and system to generate insights, ideas and results.
- Establish innovation and creativity as best practice, proactively share market insight and account learning across team
- Possess a detailed knowledge of core planning and buying, including digital grounding across channels.
- Manage key vendors/partners relationship on a day to day basis
- Deliver ideas, rationales and recommendations in a confident and well-argued manner
Required Skills & Work experience
- Strong background in Marketing contents skills and work experience.
- Capable of leading on strategic thinking, big picture as well as ability to deliver the execution.
- Excellent in Client relationship management, team management and vendor/partner management skills.
- Excellent in Communication and Presentation skill.
- Excellent in English verbal and written communication.
- Fully conversant with digital media and able to think across the whole media mix.
- Knowledge and work experience in Media agency work. Other production/ strategist/ creative/marketing work knowledge will be an advantage.
- Financial Management skill.
- At least 7 years’ experience in related field.
