General Description of Role:
Reporting directly to the Supply Chain & Logistic Supervisor, the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for practically managing all aspects of the business’s warehouse and inventory. This is a hands-on role and will suit someone who enjoys the loading and unloading of containers as well as the satisfaction of delivering excellent service to internal and external customers alike. The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate the efficient movement of stock including incoming raw material and outgoing finished goods. Good experience with inventory management including stock taking procedures and precise recording of stock transactions is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to build on experience they will already have in a warehouse environment and particularly one that supports a manufacturing operation.
2. Responsibilities:
To ensure the warehouse environment is kept clean, tidy and safe, and is maintained in an organised manner.
To undertake loading and unloading of containers as required and to coordinate other staff to assist as necessary.
To work closely with the Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator to understand deadlines and expectations as they relate to customer requirements and delivery deadlines.
To maintain a high standard of record keeping ensuring transactions relating to all incoming and outgoing deliveries are undertaken in an accurate and timely manner.
To ensure all transactions relating to internal stock movements between production and warehouse are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
To participate in stock take activities as required.

BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration
4. Required Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years working in warehouse supervisory role.
Computer literacy required.
Forklift driving experience is essential
