1.Sift 40G flour cake.
2.Put 40cc (40G) milk in 30CC (33G) power oil and mix.
3.Put sifted flour (1) to (2) and mix.
4.Put 20G sifted skim milk to (3) and mix.
5.Beat about 4 egg whites (120G). Put in 45G sugar in 2 steps to make meringue difficult.
6.Trisect (5) and put it in (4). Mix well the first time, and mix quietly second and third.
7.Pour (6) on the top panel covered with paper furnace oil, which applies power seriously.
8.Bake for in an oven preheated to 170 ℃ 12 minutes.
9.Cover with paper bake oven once, and delivery, and let it cool as it is.
10.Prepare strawberries. Hollow out the cup of strawberries.
