This paper intends to assist the inspection team of the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) to optimize the operation to monitor the power consumption of its customers with abnormal behavior and theft. We proposes an electricity meter data visualization method to analyze electricity usage behaviors and search for abnormal patterns which lead to electricity-theft detection. We will focus on monitoring Asymmetrical power and Voltage unbalance to increase accuracy in fraud detection for detecting onsite and reduce operational costs due to onsite inspection in detecting activities NTL. The visualization method was developed by experimenting on massive meter data, which consisted of 500 customers for a period of 28 month, from January 2012 to April 2014. The detected electricity-theft suspects were verified by the electricity authority.
