Dear Mr. Saravut,
Since we have increasing the margin of our product consistently, we noticed that the sales volume of our salesman are coming down day by day and we will not achieved our sales target as well.
In term of declined of the sales volume i observed as following issue:
1- Price Increased every month but borderline are selling the same price
2- One week credit from borderline for some key wholesalers
3- Customer feel our sales team are cheating them in terms of price increased every month
As for Regional sales team are also difficult:
1- Regional price very high because we are mark up 5% more from Phnom Penh price
2- Borderline sales are similar price as Phnom Penh
3- Our Regional sales are less SKUs than Borderline
4- Wholesaler keep ordering from Phnom Penh because of price.
Totally, we are facing with the price problems because borderline are keep selling the same price as before but our company are keeping increasing margin every month.
Regarding to this problem:
1- Could we managed our price to compete with borderline?
2- For Regional Selling price, I suggested to use the same price as Phnom Penh's price (without at up 5% more).
So please give me some comment because i foresee that we will not achieved the target again in this month if we are in the same situation like this.
Otherwise, we are keep pushing our salesman everyday but the problems is customer wait and see because of borderline price are cheaper than us.
