I am thinking (when I see the internal questionaire) that perhaps we can use our internal survey tool for some questionaires we might want to conduct. For example, we can specifically survey BMs and RMs (specified names) if we would like to understand how they sell …. or else.
This is one form of quick and dirty and it's quick. We don't need to hire an agency. From my talk with P' Opal, TMB ME also use a lot of online survey with their customers.
