Need your help in solving the gap then, how do we account for shares not purchased? In total only 33,654 shares have been purchased and capitalized (30,000 original shares, and 3,654 recently), so this is what will be distributed among the shareholders. My understanding though is that the Thai Gov requires shares to be registered in denominations of 100,000 baht increments, so we can't ask for 3.654 new shares to be registered, but instead we must ask for 4,000 new shares and I think the form is to be filled out saying that only 3,654 of them are capitalized already, with the remaining balance of 346 shares not yet capitalized (this is what our last legal firm had told us). Please advise.
