Chemical preservative treatment

ervative (sodium metabisulp
hite) was added into 2
different concentrations, 500 ppm (500 mg/1000ml) (2 flasks) and 1000 ppm (1000 mg/ 1000ml)
(2 flasks). The conical flasks were kept under room temperature. Vitamin C and microbial count
were taken every two or three days.
