By collecting various black
soybean accessions, the article compares the difference
of TAC in viti-o of black soybean accessions in
large numbers and analyzes the relations between the
total phenolics and anthocyanin contents and the
antioxidation in vitro, in order to pick out black soybean
accessions with intensive antioxidant properties
and provide evidence for unveiling the antioxidant material
basis of black soybean.
