1. District /Dept./Section Managers officially inform staff “Kajima Employee Education program” (KEEP) the objective and its expected outcome and explain the implementation process.
2. Supervisors and/or superior staff support to staff of each focus group to write the career target by the way of coaching and feedback and lead them to create the appropriate and practical career target that respond to the objective of the program which required career development of employee and expected staff to improve themselves to reach the target of long term growth of company .
3. Staff of each focus group write 3 career targets on “The career target & Achievement for staff appraisal of 2015“ form and submit it to their District/Dept./Section .(arrange schedule by project/section management)
4. District/Dept./Section Managers himself/herself or the assigned supervisors review the submitted career target . Interview and discuss with staff of focus group on their scope of duties and work responsibilities including problem , obstacles and their job requirement etc.
5. District/Dept./Section Managers submit soft copy of career target of their staff to HR Manager by email within 27 February 2015 .
6. District/Dept./Section Managers periodically review and discuss the progress of its achievement with their staff .
7. Before year-end performance appraisal of 2015 (around October) staff of each focus group write the Achievement of their written career target (the right column) and submit to District/Dept./Section Managers .
8. District/Dept./Section Managers interview and discuss with staff the achievement and give them appropriate feedback so that staff can improve themselves and set up the higher levels of career target for next year.
9. District/Dept./Section Managers return the Career target written by staff since February in order to write the achievement (on the right column). Conduct the yearly work performance appraisal by considering the achievement of staff’s career target .
10. Attach the completed Career target & Achievement for staff appraisal of 2015 with Work performance appraisal form ( PA.1 – PA.3) and submit them in hard copy to HR Manager for year- end work performance appraisal of 2015 according to the submission schedule (will officially inform again ).
