HR Operations provides operational support across all areas of HR. This function plays a lead role in driving thoughtful process and solutions that drive efficiency, reduce the cost of operations and mitigate operational risk globally. In addition the function offers a broad range of administrative services to our internal HR partners.
The Coverage Operations Manager will report into the Coverage Operations & Security organization. Responsibilities include the following:
• Managing a team of 2 dedicated to delivering high quality support to Wealth Management Coverage (HR generalists) as well as the business.
• Ensuring that service delivery standards are consistently met or exceeded by the team.
• Ensuring high quality delivery through robust and sustainable processes and controls.
• Engaging proactively and regularly with HR Coverage to develop a deep understanding of how HR Ops can best serve the evolving needs of our client groups.
• Ensuring that all HR operational needs are clearly understood by the HR Ops team and that on-going and ad hoc work requirements are assigned to and transacted by the appropriate team member.
• Understanding the volume and nature of the work and continually triaging, prioritizing and rebalancing work within the team to optimize team performance.
• Providing leadership to the team to ensure that best-practice processes are proactively designed, implemented and documented through job aids and training.
• Coaching and developing team members
• Driving the HR Operating Model transformation for HR Coverage.
