I cannot access either IFS or CRM this morning. Attached are the screen shorts. I cannot do any sales work today!!
Kawinchida tried to log into CRM first today. It appears CRM is working and IFS is not working.
Almost one month but the problems still exist. I think we will need to find a fix fast.
Will you be able to try computer control from your station to my station? When is a good time to do this for you? I can stay later one if that would help with your scheduling
