. Can adjust the input rail to match different size processing glass thickness, and the #1-#5 spindles should be adjusted correspondingly. Rotate the spindle advance and retreat control handwheel ( Thicker glass should made it anti-clock wise, thinner glass should made it clock wise).
Until the grinding wheel touch with the glass, the adjust value can be according to the following formula computing:
δ2=δ1×cosβ
Remark:: δ1——Glass thickness
δ2——Grinding head adjust value along the axis of the motor
β——Level edge Angle(90°~45°)
Remark: Grinding wheel position should be readjusted after change the grinding wheels and grinding
different edging angle.
2.5 Debug security
1) When debugging, do not use hand follow up the glass into the front and rear rails
2) Grinding wheel adjustment, do not open the glass observation window
3) Failure should first press the emergency stop button
2.6 Debugging result judgment
1) Straight edge chipping reasons: grinding wheel feed is too large, to observe the current value
2) Glass end mill to reason: Feed guide rail is too high or too low
3)Straight edge grinding grain has obvious reasons: feeding too quickly or grinding wheel is too low
4)Straight edge is not clear and transparent reason: polishing wheel wear, should adjust the feed
5)Edge width inconsistency: two edge grinding wheel adjusting inconsistency
6)The two parallel sides are not parallel reasons: feeding guide rail is too high or too low
3. Machine Operation
3.1 Machine operation safety
1)The operator should wear good sturdy working clothes, safety gloves, protective shoes
2)Work site should be kept unobstructed, neat
3)Before starting, check the guard is complete and correctly installed
4)When starting up, should check the buttons, knobs, electrical instrumentation is effective
5)Know the warning signs on the machine, do not touch the danger zone
