If the products are determined to have any safety-related defect, not in compliance with any government regulation in force in the country where the Product are to be sold, or not in line with the warranty under Article 12, the Purchaser or its customer of such vehicles are required to notify its customers or owners to such defect or noncompliance and/or to remedy the same without charge. The Seller then shall fully cooperate with the Purchaser in order to reimburse the Purchaser for all cost and expenses incurred by the Purchaser in making such notification and/or providing such remedy. The Seller shall promptly notify the Purchaser of any defect, when such defects come to the Seller’s attention that might be the basis of such notification and/or remedy.
