Ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained,
in accordance with the ISO and TS standard.
Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement.
Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
Lead the company in achieving quality policy objectives
Organize, lead and perform internal quality audits across the organization Manage and conduct necessary and
continual trainings relevant to promoting and ensuring compliance to the ISO and TS standards.
Organize and finalize all documents such as Quality Manual, Quality Procedures and Standard forms which
would help all departments and internal auditors to meet ISO requirements.
Generate a yearly QMS plan and ensure that the plan is executed properly
Promote and ensure employee awareness about the use and importance of Quality Management System and the
quality policy to all levels of the organization and to the clients
Ensure that all departments produce their quality objectives in a timely manner and evaluate if these objectives
were met Direct controls of quality assurance functions including the activities of ensuring the Quality
Management System is understood, implemented and maintained at all organizational levels and by others like
suppliers, organizations and vendors.
Perform all other duties as assigned and required by management from time to time.
