Landlord agrees that in the event of any breach by Tenant of this Agreement that goes uncured after receipt of written notice, Landlord’s sole remedy shall be an action at law for damages. In no event shall Landlord, or any other successor in interest or other party now or hereafter having an interest in Landlord, have any right to rescind this Agreement or any right of action, including without limitation, any right to injunctive or other form of equitable relief against Tenant and/or any other party with respect to the Recordings or the Program
