Qualifications:
Bachelor degree
Good knowledge and understanding of service concept and logistic
Some telephone sale background is an advantage
Innovative, analytical mind and problem solving
Excellent telephone manner and etiquette
Good / excellent tone of voice - pleasant and lively
Mature, compose with personal accountability
Customer service minded - willing to help attitude
Positive thinking and attitude
PC knowledge
Able to communicate well in both Thai and English, - both written and verbal
Good attendant record & punctual and able to work odd hours
2-3 year working experience in customer service field
