Our Principles of Responsibility are a foundational part of this commitment and apply to our employees
and business worldwide. As a global company, our responsibility goes beyond fulfilling regulatory and
legal requirements. As leader, I have a duty to lead by example and uphold Our Principles of
Responsibility, the company policies and the law by doing my job in an open and honest manner. I
therefore embrace the highest standards of conduct not only in my dealings with fellow employees, but
with all the stakeholders I am dealing with as a professional. Ultimately this will preserve our
company’s culture of responsibility, sustainability, integrity, human sensitivity and trust.
Therefore, by signing this letter:
- I acknowledge and certify that all employees of my organization (including myself) have been
made aware of Our Principles of Responsibility and the company policies.
- I undertake to
i. Keep myself appraised of any changes to Our Principles of Responsibility and to
company policies and inform all employees of my organization of any such changes;
and
ii. Report any violation of Our Principles of Responsibility brought to my knowledge into
the corporate alert system.
- I commit to
i. Regularly communicate, train and support the employees of my organization on Our
principles of Responsibility on ethical topics.
