Role & Responsibilities:
• Establish strong partnership with department head,understanding their hiring needs and support hiring process
• Understand business needs and requirement to identify andexecute effective recruitment strategies
• Attract applicants by placing job advertisement, job databaseand social media tools
• Recruitment & Selection of potential candidates
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screeningand arranging interviews conduct, interview with candidates, negotiate job-offersto candidates and conduct on-boarding for new staff.
• Work closely with external recruiting vendor to identifyrecruitment opportunities
• Prepare monthly recruitment report to management.
• Other HR and administrative activities, functions assigned
