I'm extremely disappointed that I have been unable to receive my full refund. As stated in my previous email I have been attempting to contact the Sun,Sea Resort directly but your website also has no contact details (except the address) on it. I would be most grateful if you could advise where your contact details are on your website please?
I also contacted the agency to try to get a refund and they stated that they couldn't give your contact details out to me.
I understand the 14 day policy but think it is very unfair as your contact details are not clearly advertised therefore making it extremely difficult to contact you.
I have tried continuously since I made the booking on the 3rd August to cancel this reservation and had your contact details been very clear on your website I would have been able to and therefore receive my full refund.
I would like to know please whether I can receive a full refund before I make my decision as this has put me in a very difficult position indeed.
