• Ensure the accurate payroll transactions for the monthly payroll operation and to ensure data correctness and timely accurate payment both permanent staff and temporary staff (500 staffs).
• Ensure the accurate time attendant, leave data and overtime calculation complied with company policy and labor law.
• Perform time attendant report to support business line in every day.
• Ensure registration of all staff with social security office and provident fund.
• Maintain HR database into people soft program (New hire, resigned, transfer and promote).
• Handle employee engagement such as New Year party, sport day, volunteer camp.
• Take office activities, the company ( led planted wetlands, sport, day Buddhist ).
• Help out recruit employees.
