As part of our security measures, we regularly review activity in the PayPal system. During a recent review, we noticed that we haven't received any proof of business registration or proof of address documents from you yet.
Please provide ONE of the following documents as proof of business:
- A copy of your Certificate of Incorporation
- A copy of your Business Registration
- A copy of your Business License
In addition, please also provide ONE of the following documents as proof of address:
- A copy of a recent utility bill (issued within the last 3 months)
- A copy of a recent bank or credit card statement (issued within the last 3 months)
Please ensure that your documents are not expired and that the information on your documents match the information on your PayPal account. The documents must also be fully visible as we can’t accept partial documents.
You can upload your documents by logging into your PayPal account and clicking 'Resolution Center' near the top of the page. Alternatively, fax the documents to 0044 (0)8707307197 FAO: Account Review Department. You’ll need to use a fax cover sheet when faxing documents to us to ensure that your documents are received and handled in a timely manner. You can access the fax cover sheet by clicking on 'Lift your account limits', then selecting 'Lift limits' or 'Fax documentation'. Remember to include the email address registered on your PayPal account in any correspondence to us.
Please note that we can’t accept email attachments. If you email us attachments, we’ll still require you to upload or fax your documents.To ensure your documents are reviewed as quickly as possible, please send an email stating your case number to compliance@paypal.com. To find your case number, click 'Resolution Center' near the top of the page, and click 'Open Cases'.
