We would like to inform about process arrange shipment ex by barge fm wharf 16B-A to LCH terminal.
Between Ngow Hock Co., Ltd C/O RCL Feeder Pte Ltd.(As Agent) and THAISUGAR TERMINAL (PLC) CO.,LTD. [Wharf 16A, B] as following.
1.) Shipper will provide the goods control list (Bai Kumkub) when gate-in laden wharf16b-a by truck are 2 coppy per container.
We would like to wharf 16b-a keep record 1 coppy so that, we can re-check back when there is any issue occur.
And then 1 coppy barge operatoer have to provide submit to customs at LCH terminal when barge vessel arrange container laden to LCH.
1.1) Incase hualage provide the goods control list (Bai Kumkub) only 1 coppy when gate-in laden at wharf 16b-a.
We would like to wharf 16B-A assist coppy adding 1 coppy, which the copying charge kindly direct charge with hualage.
2.) VGM (Verifiled gross Mass) declaration.
VGM will declaration in the goods control list (Bai Kumkub) of each container number.
Please kindly apply the VGM fm Goods contral list input to your container list.
When you submit "container loading list" together "Paperless No." LCH terminal before barge vessel ETA at LCH.

2.1) If shipper provide goods control list(Bai Kumkub) without VGM confirmation.
Kindly inform us is urgent before drop off container laden on cy yard.
3.) I will confirm final loadining list as "NHC form" to operation wharf 16b-a before closing time in advance 1 day on Tue/week about 17.00 hrs.
But weight per container in our container loading list still not VGM. Pls don't use this weight submit to Lch terminal.
4.) Have to check the goods control list(Bai Kumkub) is every copies about details are correct.
If have encounter all those detail incorrect kindly inform us and cs booking team.
Such as Container number, Vessel name/voyage, POL name and custome code.

5.) When container laden gate in wharf 16b-a kindly survey make sure that laden container is good condition able to loading according.
Have to there is no any damage with that container laden (Top side, both side left & right).
5.1) If you encounter that laden containers damage (not good condition) during the container gate in, kindly inform us before drop off container on cy yard. In order to prevent have any additional charge occur.
5.2) Survey how to lock security seal number each container should be correct as per announced by the shipping association.

6.) If seal mumber and containers gate in at wharf 16b-a was normal condition.
Howevery, if Lch terminal encounter broken seal and acknowledged by ad chief officer before discharge container laden at Lch terminal.
We would like to claim new seal charge with wharf 16b-a about Thb 500/seal for recovery cost.(same as example)
6.1) Meanwhile, if Lch terminal encounter container damage and acknowledged by ad chief officer before discharge container laden at Lch terminal.
If have any additional temporary repair, we would like to claim repair charge with wharft 16b-a for recovery ocst.
7.) When container laden gate in at wharf 16b-a kindly send gate in report to NHC container control department.
If completed all container per barge vessel/voyage kindly confirm container loading to us with 3 hrs.
8.) To avoide wrong billing from Lch terminal to us with Lift On/Off by water charge.
Would you please assist inform Lch terminal this mention charge should be billing to barge operator.
Because transportation conditons is CYCY term.
