1) For 23rd August, I am booked in Grand Inn Come Hotel. And they will provide the airport pickup. Do I have to pay directly to the hotel for the stay and charge to Intertek?
-For the expenses hotel and travelling we already paid by Intertek, when you arrived the car from hotel will pick you up at Suvarnabhumi Airport and take you to the Grand Inn Come Hotel.
2) From 24th August, where do I stay? Is it in Pacific Park? My name is not there in the booking document on Pacific.
-Maybe this information not be updated because we have changed the auditor but now we already confirmed to the Pacific Park that our guest is Mr. Dayanand Pai (Please see attached)
3) On 24th morning should I go to the client from Grand Inn or to Pacific Park and from there to the client? How do I travel from Grand Inn to the client or Pacific and when? Should I take taxi?
-On 24th morning our translator will pick you up from the hotel to client’s site and after auditing he will send you to the hotel. During this trip, he will take care of you.
4) Do I directly pay to Pacific Inn and charge Intertek?
-For the hotel expenses we already paid by Intertek.
