Research Objectives
The study was aimed to identify the customers' attitudes toward environmentally
friendly programs in resort. Specially, the objectives are as follows,
1. To measure the importance of environmentally friendly programs attributes used
in resorts from the customers' attitudes.
2. To identify the importance of each factor with respect to the customers' intention
to stay at an environmental resort.
3. To determine the affects of demographic characteristics on customers' intention
to stay at an environmentally friendly resort.
4. To determine the management of using environmentally friendly programs in resort.
