Project Instructions
Objective
The objective of the final project is to give the students the opportunity to put their newly found theoretical knowledge to a practical test. Putting their new knowledge to an assignment will further imbed the theories they have learned into their long term memory with the additional benefit of putting meaning to the learned material creating an extra avenue for the material to remain with the learner.
Due date
The project is due BEFORE 13 October 2015.
Description
Imagine that you are putting together a new business plan for a new company you have just started (Starter). Make a report that explains the human resource department of your new company. Consider and include all the sections that were covered in the 12 modules of the course as they apply.
Criteria
The 12 modules of the course is your guide in building your report. Your report must cover (if applicable) all the modules as sections in your report. Discuss all the areas as it reflects the company’s situation. If for some reason one of the areas below do not work or match the company’s situation, simply state that it does not fit and why.
A structured introduction of the presentation 5%
