Reporting to : Customer Services Manager
Location : Mapthaphut Factory, Rayong
Main Responsibilities:-
Reporting to Customer Services Manager, this position liaises directly with customers on order management, supply scheduling as well as stock management. This position is to ensure that all orders processed and delivered according to customer’s requirements with appropriated transportation method, and to cover all transactions within Movex system, order maintenance and document preparation for delivery process and flexible for regular customers visit and face to face meeting with cross functional to satisfy customer’s requirement.
Qualifications:-
Education Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Sales/Marketing and other related fields Experience.
At least 3-5 years experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain background
Experience for using ERP application such as SAP, MOVEX, MFG pro or other is our preference
Effective communication with strong service minded
Good command of English and computer literacy
Advance excel and Power Point skills will be in consideration
Very flexible with change
Proactive and able to deliver business improvement project
Good customer focus and market intelligence
Work well under pressure environment
